Operations: rules, forms, access.

Whoever keeps the day-to-day work standing writes the rules once, collects requests with a form and decides who sees what.

An access that ends on its own.

A guest or a mentor comes in for a week, for a month, or forever. On the date the access ends, without anyone having to remember.

From request to rule

An example. Every feature it names has its own page.

  1. Requests

    A form for every request.

Every answer is a row: you can look at it on a board, by status.

  2. Rules

    A rule, once.

When the status becomes Done, the end date becomes today. A mail from an address creates a row.

  3. Access

Who sees what, and until when.

Limited-time access, reserved fields, roles you write yourself. What a person would see you know before sharing.

  4. Newcomers

    A welcome written once.

The steps for whoever arrives, for everyone, a team or a role. You see how far they got.

  5. Services

    Connect what you use.

Zapier, Make or your site’s form write rows into your tables.

Frequently asked questions

Who can write the rules?

Whoever manages the space.

Can I bring what I already have?

Yes: Notion, Google Drive and OneDrive land in a folder of their own, with tables and pages.

Where do I see what was done?

In the action log: every action, even an assistant’s, stays written, and never the content. Security and data tells it.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
