In detail
Three templates to start.
Contact, Sign-up and Request: pick a template, or start from the sample form.
The link is yours to govern.
You can protect it with a password, close it whenever you want and get a notice on every answer.
See how many answers come in.
In Your forms each form shows its space, whether the link is on and how many answers have arrived.
You can fill them too.
What was sent to you you fill from To fill, even if you are not in its space.
How to use it
Five moves, from the empty form to the first answer.
Create the form.
In Forms press New form, or + and Form.
Choose where and how.
Where? suggests Private first. Then start from the sample form or a template: Contact, Sign-up, Request.
Write the questions.
The form is written like a document, with the questions in the middle of the text.
Copy the link.
From the form’s card press Copy the link. With Try it you see it as the person answering sees it.
Read the answers.
See the answers: each one is a row of the table. With Close the link you stop receiving them.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Casa Orso
Contacts from a mail.
Casa Orso puts the link of the Contact form in its mail signature. Whoever answers does not need an account, and every message becomes a row of the table.
- Anna, Mirto Labs
Sign-ups for a meeting.
The Sign-up form collects the name and email of whoever wants to come. Anna looks in Your forms at how many answers have arrived.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
An internal request.
To ask for a purchase the team fills in a Request form. Every answer is a row that Marta looks at on a board, by status.
