Fallthere is paid for per person. The features are the same for everyone: none sits behind a plan. The price list is not published yet and there is no figure here: there is what we know, and what we do not. Payment opens together with the system.
You start with the trial
Two steps: the trial, then the per-person plan.
The trial

- You use everything, as with the paid plan.
- The Subscription panel says the day it ends.

Per personYou pay for every person in the organization, monthly or yearly.
- Every feature, for everyone: none sits behind a plan.
- One seat per person. Guests of a call or a form, by default, do not count.
- If people change, seats follow.
- Whoever uses Pan pays for it, with their own key: it is not in the subscription.

The organization’s states
An organization always has a state, and the panel says it in words. This is what it means.

In read-only the database blocks writes on pages, tables, spaces and messages: the data stays, and nothing is lost.
What you pay for, and what not
People.
Every person in the organization is a seat, with a minimum of one. Guests do not count, by default. If people arrive or leave, seats follow.
Features.
All of them, for everyone. The subscription only decides how you work, not what is there: no feature sits behind a plan. All features.
Pan and the agents.
Whoever uses them pays for them, with their own key and cap, outside the subscription. You pick the model among six providers. AI models.
Amounts.
The panel shows list amounts, without taxes, and the total for the people there are. Until there is a price list it says “not ready yet”.
Where it is managed
In one place, for whoever can manage the account.
Open Subscription.
In Settings, Administration, Subscription: the state, the Plan, the Seats, what it Costs, when The trial ends or when it Renews.
Choose the plan.
Choose the plan, Every month or Every year. Continue with payment opens the payment page.
Change the card, download invoices.
Manage the subscription opens the portal: the card, invoices, the address and VAT number, cancellation at the end of the period. If a payment does not go through there is Update the card.
Cancel, or resume.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period: until then you work. Resume the subscription undoes it; after read-only there is Subscribe again.

Frequently asked questions
How much does it cost?
The price list is not published yet. When it is, we write it here, with the date. Until then, no figure on this site is to be taken as a price.
Is the trial free?
Yes: every organization starts on a trial, without a card, and uses everything. The Subscription panel says the day it ends.
What happens if I do not pay?
After the trial or the paid period there are a few days of grace in which you still work. Then the organization goes read-only: you read everything, you do not write, and nothing is lost. Paying starts it again.
Who can manage the subscription?
Whoever has the “Manage the account” permission. Whoever leads the organization always has it; the default “Administers” role does not. Everyone else only sees how they work, without plan or amounts.
How many seats do I pay for?
The people in the organization, with a minimum of one. Guests, by default, do not count. If people change, seats follow.
Who pays for Pan?
Whoever uses it, with their own key and cap: neither the organization nor the subscription. AI models.
Why is the plan called Team?
It is the name of the per-person plan. It has nothing to do with Fallthere’s teams, which are groups of people with their own space.
Are there discounts for startups, incubators or venture studios?
There is no price list yet, so no discounts either. If we decide any, we write them here.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from the portal, at the end of the period: you work until then, then read-only. The data stays.
Can I get an invoice with a VAT number?
The portal keeps the address and VAT number for invoices. The Italian electronic invoice is not ready yet.
