The subscription, in questions.
A free trial, then a per-person plan. Here are the answers on where it is managed, what happens if a payment does not go through and what “read-only” means. The price list is not published yet, and there is no figure here.
The trial and the plan
How do I know the state of my organization?
Open Settings, Administration, Subscription: the state is written in words, for example “On trial”, “Active” or “Read-only”, with the Plan, the Seats and what it Costs. Plan and amounts are seen only by whoever has the “Manage the account” permission.
How long does the trial last?
The panel says the day it ends, on the The trial ends line. Until then you use everything.
Do I have to enter a card to start?
No: the trial is free and without a card.
How do I choose the plan?
In Subscription press Choose the plan, pick Every month or Every year, then Continue with payment.
Is there a free plan?
No: there is the free trial, then the per-person plan.
How many seats do I pay for?
The people in the organization, with a minimum of one. Guests of a call, a form or a booking, by default, do not count. If people arrive or leave, seats follow.
Why is the plan called Team?
It is the name of the per-person plan. It has nothing to do with Fallthere’s teams, which are groups of people with their own space.
Paying and cancelling
How do I change the card?
In Subscription press Manage the subscription: the portal opens, where you change the card. If a payment did not go through there is also Update the card.
Where do I download invoices?
In the same portal, with Manage the subscription. There you also keep the address and VAT number for invoices.
How do I cancel?
From the portal, at the end of the period: you work until the end of the paid period, then the organization goes read-only.
I cancelled: how do I resume?
Resume the subscription. After read-only there is Subscribe again.
The payment did not go through: what do I do?
Press Update the card. For a few days from the first refusal you still work. If the payment succeeds, everything is back to full at once; if not, the organization goes read-only.
Can I change plan, or go from monthly to yearly?
Not yet from the panel: it is coming, with no dates.
Does the Italian electronic invoice arrive?
Not yet: it is coming, with no dates.
Read-only, data and Pan
What does “Read-only” mean?
You read everything and do not write: the database blocks writes on pages, tables, spaces and messages. Nothing is lost.
Do I lose my data if I do not pay?
No: nothing is deleted. Paying starts again from where you were.
Who can manage the account?
Whoever has the “Manage the account” permission. Whoever leads the organization always has it; the default “Administers” role does not. Everyone else only sees how they work, without plan or amounts.
Who pays for Pan?
Whoever uses it, with their own key and cap: neither the organization nor the subscription. AI models.
How much does it cost?
The price list is not published yet. When it is, we write it in Pricing, with the date.
Are there discounts for startups, incubators or venture studios?
There is no price list yet, so no discounts either. If we decide any, we write them in Pricing.
