Plain answers.

What we are asked most, with the answers we would give out loud. Where something is not there yet, we say so.

What it is

What is Fallthere?

A workspace for a team, people and agents together: pages and tables, messages, mail, calendar, calls, and Pan, the assistant. It runs on the server and opens from the browser.

Is it open to everyone?

Not yet. It is built and tested, and the startups of Firmamento Technologies already use it. Opening it to everyone is coming, with no dates.

Who builds it?

Firmamento Technologies. Company tells it.

Which language is it in?

The interface is in Italian today. Pan answers in the language of whoever writes, and Translate brings a message, a mail or a document into your language. The site is in Italian and English.

Getting started

How do I start?

With an invitation. Seven steps, one at a time, in the guide Getting started.

Do I need a team?

No. You can start alone, in Private, and invite people when you need to.

Can I bring what I already have?

Yes: Notion, Google Drive and OneDrive, and Word, Excel and Markdown files, land in a folder of their own. Importing from other work tools is coming.

Does it work on the phone?

The phone has a light app with a widget per app: one thing to see and one to do. The product’s pages are also tested at 375 pixels wide. See Phone.

Pan and models

Who pays for Pan?

Whoever uses it, with their own key, and a cap per person. Never the organization’s key, not even in jobs and channels.

Which models can I use?

Your provider’s: OpenRouter, EUrouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or DeepSeek. The list is re-read every hour.

Does Pan see everything?

Only what you see. And to write in an outside service it asks permission.

Can Pan be wrong?

Yes, like any model. That is why it proposes and does not decide: you create to-dos with a tap, and a writing proposal you keep or discard.

Data and access

Who sees what?

Every thing lives in a place and whoever is there sees it, plus whoever gets extra access. The database decides, not the page. See Security and data.

Who sees my mail?

Only you. A mail linked to a page shows the page the link and a summary, not the text.

Where is the data?

The system is not open to everyone yet. Where each organization’s data will live we will say here, when it is.

Is there two-step verification at sign-in?

Yes. An app gives a six-digit code and, if you turn it on from the Profile, signing in needs that code too. Whoever leads the organization can ask everyone to use it.

Pricing

How much does it cost?

The price list is not published yet. What we know is on Pricing.

And if I stop paying?

After a few days of grace the organization goes read-only: you read everything, nothing is deleted, and by paying you resume where you were.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
