Getting started.

From the invitation to the first page, seven steps. The system is not open to everyone yet: by default you start with an invitation.

The steps

In the order it makes sense to take them.

  1. Come in with the invitation.

The account is born with the invitation, with no password to invent. Open Fallthere, press Get a sign-in link by email, write the address the invitation was sent to and press Send me the link. Open the link that arrives: you find the page “There is an invitation for you”, and the button takes you in, even without an organization.

  2. Write your name.

The first guide, Your name, asks what you are called: it is how others see you.

  3. Connect mail and calendar.

The guides Connect your mail and Connect your calendar give you the steps. Only you see your mail. See the guide Connect mail and calendar.

  4. Put in Pan’s key.

Connect Pan to a provider: the key is yours, you put in the credit, and only you use it. See the guide Pan’s key.

  5. Look at Your day.

It is the start page: today’s meetings, the to-dos, what is waiting for you and where to pick up.

  6. Write the first page.

Press +, choose Document, and let Where? put it in Private: only you see it.

  7. Invite whoever works with you.

In Settings, People, Invite by email…. See the guide Invite the team.

Two things to know

  • Some can be postponed.

Mail, calendar and GitHub have Later and come back in To start, in Now. Your name, Connect Pan to a provider and the welcome cannot be postponed.

  • Whoever arrives later.

Whoever administers can write a welcome with the steps for newcomers: for everyone, a team or a role.

Frequently asked questions

Can I come in without an invitation?

By default no: sign-ups are by invitation, and they open when whoever runs the service decides so. Then the sign-in page has Create your account. Fallthere is built and tested, and not yet open to everyone.

Do I have to do all the guides right away?

No: the ones with Later can be postponed, and they come back in “To start” until they are done.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
