Everything has a place.

Four levels: Private, Team, Space, Organization. Every thing is born in one, and whoever is there sees it.

Moving is sharing, and it tells you.

If you bring a page into a wider space, it first says who will see it: “The 12 people in Sales will see it too. Move it?”. Where you cannot, it says “Not here” and why.

A row of icons, yours.

At the top of the sidebar: Your day, Now, Mail, Calendar, Messages, Tasks. A number on the icon says where something is waiting for you, and you change the order.

In detail

  • Private: only you.

Your personal space is born at the first +. What you write there only you see.

  • The team has its space.

It is born with the team and is named after it. Joining the team means joining the space, and leaving means leaving it.

  • The Home is everyone’s.

It is the space of the whole organization, the first in the list of spaces.

  • The trash brings things back.

What you remove goes to the Trash, and from there you take it back.

How to use it

Five moves, to put things in order.

  1. Start from Private.

The + creates in Private first: only you see it.

  2. Create a space.

From the sidebar choose New space and give it a name.

  3. Invite people.

Invite to this space… sends an email and says what they will be able to do.

  4. Drag to move.

Drag a page into another space: the path changes, and if others will see it, it tells you first.

  5. Ask for access.

Where you cannot get in you find Ask for access.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

    From Private to the team.

Marta writes a draft in Private. When it is ready she drags it into the Product space: before moving it, Fallthere tells her the people in the team will see it too.

  2. Mirto Labs

    Three places.

Mirto Labs has the Home for everyone, the Product space for those who build and Pilot customers, where two guests also come in with a timed access.

  3. Luca, Mirto Labs

    A place he cannot enter.

Luca drags a page into a space where he cannot share: “Not here” appears, with the reason.

Coming soon

No dates: it arrives when it’s ready.

  • An agent for every space

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between a team and a space?

A team is a group of people, and it has its own space, born with it. A space is a place where pages live, open to whoever you choose.

Who decides who sees what?

The database, not the page. A page cannot grant anything: it says “not here” and says why.

Can I see everything that concerns me in one place?

For tasks and the calendar, yes: the apps read together what you can see, from every place.

What does someone who just arrived see?

The welcome you wrote: the steps to take, one at a time. You find it in Onboarding.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
