In detail
Management.
For whoever manages people: who is about to join, with Postpone and Withdraw, then a row per person with name, role and spaces. Search and filters appear only above ten people.
The org chart.
On Reports to it is a graph from top to bottom, with the photo above the name. On the phone it becomes an indented list. By team has the same drawing.
Teams and spaces.
In Teams you put people in teams and teams in spaces. The team’s space is born with the team, and whoever leads the team leads it.
A person’s card.
In order of use: who they are, then Team, Access and Work folded. Agents sit among people, with their face in place of the photo.
How to use it
Five moves, to keep who is in in order.
Open the people.
In Settings, Administration, People: Open the people.
Invite.
Invite by email… says what the person will be able to do. Until they answer, you find them in Management.
Set the teams.
In Teams choose who is in which team, and in which spaces the team works.
Look at the org chart.
Reports to or By team: title and “Reports to” are written by whoever administers.
Open a card.
The role, the teams, the spaces, what they work on.

Marta has invited Giulia and she has not answered yet. In Management she finds her, with Postpone and Withdraw.

Are the CRM’s people here?
No: outside people are marked “Outside” and live in the CRM. Here are members and agents.
Who sees the org chart?
Whoever sees the People table. Title and “Reports to” are written by whoever administers.
Who can put a person in a team?
Whoever administers, or whoever leads the team, as the database decides.
Are agents among the people?
If the person who made them shows them to the team, yes: with their name and, under that person, in the org chart.
