Documents written in blocks.

A title, a checklist, a table, a diagram, a link to another page: all in the same document, written by several people together.

History you can rewind.

Every document keeps its history. Pick a moment, see how it was and press Restore here: the text goes back, and going back counts as an edit.

Files to read and sign.

PDF, Word, Excel and images open without leaving. A PDF can be signed, and the signed copy sits next to the original, with who signed and when.

In detail

  • Pan translates it.

With Pan on, a document is translated into the reader’s language. The translation sits next to the original and does not change it.

  • Always born in a space.

The Where? question says so first: Private comes first, then your teams, the spaces and the Home. Once created, the sidebar shows it in its place.

  • The access is its own.

Who sees it is decided by where it lives, plus the access you give, even for a limited time.

  • Bring it from other tools.

From Notion, Google Drive or OneDrive, and from Word, Excel and Markdown files. Everything lands in a folder of its own, with searchable text already.

  • An icon of your choice.

Tap the icon next to the title and pick from thousands of emoji and work icons, in the Emoji and Icons tabs. To search, type a word. Random picks one for you, Remove takes off the one you have.

  • Colors and recent picks.

In the Icons tab you also choose the color: gray, blue, green, orange or red. At the top, under “Recent”, you find what you chose last.

How to use it

Five moves, in the order you make them.

  1. Create the document.

In the sidebar press + and choose Document. You can rename it any time.

  2. Choose where it lives.

The Where? question suggests Private first: only you see it. The other places are your teams, the spaces and the Home.

  3. Write in blocks.

Press / to add a block: checklist, table, diagram, form, linked page. With [[ you point to another page.

  4. Give access.

Choose who to share it with and for how long: forever, a week, a month.

  5. Go back if needed.

Open the history, pick the moment and press Restore here.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

    The product plan.

Marta writes it with a checklist, a table and the diagram of the path. Luca opens it while she writes and adds his rows. The next day, if needed, the history takes the text back to yesterday.

  2. Davide, mentor

    A contract to sign.

The pilot contract arrives as a PDF and opens without leaving. Marta signs it, and next to the original the signed copy appears, with who signed and when.

  3. Anna, Mirto Labs

    A document in another language.

Anna receives a document in Italian. With Pan on it translates into her language: the translation sits next to the original, which does not change.

Frequently asked questions

Can several of us write at the same time?

Yes. Documents are shared live: everyone with access writes in the same document.

Can I go back to how it was yesterday?

Yes. Scroll the history, pick the moment and press “Restore here”. The restore is written into the document as an edit, so the history stays.

Who can see a document?

Whoever is in the place where it is created (Private, a team, a space, the Home), plus whoever gets extra access. The database decides, not the page.

Can I bring my documents from another tool?

Yes, from Notion, Google Drive and OneDrive, and from Word, Excel and Markdown files. They land in a folder of their own (“From Notion”, “From Google Drive”…), with searchable text already.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
