Pan works where you work.
A bubble, a column next to the page, or a full-size tab. Pan reads what you have in front of you, writes with you and proposes: the to-dos you create yourself, with a tap.
Writes with you, where you write.
In documents, in table cells, in Messages and in Mail: the proposal shows under the text, and Replace or Insert after put it where you want. It goes only when you send it.
Investor update
The quarter went well.
This quarter we closed three pilots and started fundraising, with numbers still to be checked. We closed three pilots and started fundraising. Numbers to be checked.
Next step: Thursday’s demo.
Write with Pan
We closed three pilots and started fundraising. Numbers to be checked.
Write to Pan from wherever you are.
Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, Discord, Teams or another app: write to Pan in direct messages and it answers as you, with your key. Pan links the services you already use, and to write in one it asks permission.
Notion
May I create the page “Minutes” in Notion?
In detail
Reads the tab in front of you.
A document, a table, the search in the Browser, the Calendar, Mail, Messages, Statistics: the column says what it is looking at (“I see: …”) and to a question it reads that, only what you see. With Attach… you add a page or a file (text, Word, Excel, PDF), up to three.
Proposes, does not decide.
To-dos, a scheduled job, an agent, a new page: a card under the answer, and it is created only with your tap.
Writes like you do.
It follows the way of writing the organization chose in Identity, and answers in the language of whoever writes.
Remembers.
Memory is a table in your Private: you open it, correct it, remove a row. Pan and the agents read and write only their own.
How to use it
Five moves, from the bubble to the answer.
Open Pan.
Tap the bubble at the bottom right: the column opens next to the page. Open Pan in full size takes it to a tab, with the list of conversations on the left.
Put in your key.
In Pan’s key you paste the provider’s key: Pan recognizes it, tests it and saves it sealed. The guide Pan’s key says how to get one.
Ask.
Write the question about what you have in front of you. Pan searches the pages, your things and the web, and under the answer shows what it read.
Choose the model.
From the field pick Automatic or one of the provider’s models.
Keep or discard.
Writing proposals are kept or discarded; to-dos are created with a tap.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
An answer with sources.
Marta asks: “What is missing before the investor update?”. Pan answers that two things are missing, and shows the two pages the answer comes from.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
A shorter sentence.
In a document Marta selects a sentence. Pan proposes a shorter one, with Replace and Insert after: she chooses.
- Luca, Mirto Labs
From Telegram.
Luca writes to Pan on Telegram, in a direct message. Pan answers in his private chat, with his pages and his key.

Frequently asked questions
Who pays for Pan?
Whoever uses it, with their own key. Never the organization’s, not even in jobs and channels, and everyone has a cap.
Does Pan see everything that is there?
Only what you see. It searches the pages, your mail, the messages, calls and meetings you can read.
Can it write on its own?
To write in an outside service, or to click on a site, it asks permission: “Yes, this time”, “Yes, for this conversation” or “No”. To-dos and new pages you create with a tap.
Where does it keep its memory?
In a table, “Memory”, in your Private. You open it, correct it, remove a row: the row goes to the trash and can be taken back.
Let’s see it together.
We show it to you live.
