I’ll send the proposal to Rossi.
Three levels of visibility.
A conversation is open, by request or hidden. By request everyone sees the name and no one the messages; hidden, only those in it see it.

In the same chat, Pan too.
Write @ and pick Pan, or one of your agents: in place of send, Privately and For everyone appear. The first answers in Pan’s column, the second in the channel with “asked by…”.
Luca
Has the pilot replied?
Marta
Not yet. @Pan what’s missing for the investor update?
Pan Agent asked by Marta
Two things are missing: September’s numbers and the line on the pilot customer.
Deadlines Agent
The pilot proposal is due tomorrow.
@Deadlines and the day after?

From a message to to-dos.
What needs doing? sends the message to Pan, who proposes the to-dos. You pick which, and they stay linked to the message.
Threads, reactions, pins.
Replies in a thread, reactions, pinned messages, attachments, scheduled messages, reminders and drafts.
Pan translates.
Translate shows the message in the reader’s language, in place of the text. See the original brings it back.
Every page has its discussion.
A page’s Discussion is its thread in the space’s general channel, attached to the page.
How to use it
Five moves, from the channel to the to-do.

In New channel you decide who can see it: open, by request or hidden. A team’s channel is private.
Write and reply in a thread.
Reply to a message to open a thread. Add a reaction, or pin it.
Call Pan.
Write @, pick Pan and write the question: then Privately or For everyone.
Make to-dos appear.
On the message choose What needs doing?: Pan proposes, you choose.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Luca and Marta, Mirto Labs
A question to the channel.
Luca writes in the product channel: “Has the pilot answered?”. Marta writes @Pan “what is missing for the update?”, and Pan answers in the channel, under the name “asked by Marta”.
- Mirto Labs
A by-request channel.
The investors channel is by request: everyone sees it exists, no one reads the messages until they join.
- Anna, Mirto Labs
A message that becomes a page.
A decision made in chat ends up in a document with Send to a space, linked to the message.

Frequently asked questions
Does Pan read every message?
No, only if you call it: write “@Pan”. With “Write with Pan” Pan receives only your draft, never other people’s messages.
Who sees a by-request conversation?
Everyone sees the name, no one the messages or who is in it. Whoever wants in asks, and the request reaches the owners in “Now”.
Do agents join every channel?
No: only if a channel owner adds them. In a message you can call one of your agents with the at sign.
Can I turn a message into a page?
Yes: Send to a space from the message’s menu creates a document linked to the message.
Let’s see it together.
We show it to you live.
