Everything to do, in one page.
The tasks that concern you, from every level, split by space and by team, with due dates. You change them there, without opening the table, and make new ones from there.

Things to do
In detail
Levels, on and off.
At the top there are Private, Team, Spaces and Organization, each with the number of its tasks. You turn them on and off, and the choice stays yours.
Which ones to see.
Concern you (assigned to you or your teams, and made by you), Only mine or All the ones you can see.
Four numbers that are filters.
Late, Today, Next 7 days and Done recently: tap one and you see only those. The Chart, by space and by team, is behind a button and is born off.
A group for each space.
Every row has the status, the name, who is on it and by when: if it is late it is red and says so in words. You change everything there, without opening the table.
In your day.
In Your day the To do card shows your late tasks and those due today.
Nothing is copied.
The page keeps no tasks of its own: it reads and writes the rows of tables, with your access. Pan sees what you see.
How to use it
Five moves, from the list to the thing done.
Open Tasks.
Tap Tasks in the row of icons at the top of the sidebar: the number says how many are waiting for you.
Choose what to see.
Turn on the levels you need, then Concern you, Only mine or All.
Close a thing that is done.
A tap on the status marks it done, and Undo reopens it.
Write the next one.
At the bottom of every group there is the Add to row with the space’s name: type and press Enter. With New task you also choose where, by when and who.
Make one from a message.
In a message or a mail choose What needs doing?: Pan proposes, you choose.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
The day.
In the morning Marta opens Tasks: hers are seven, three late. She taps Late and sees only those, then opens Workload from Other views to see whether Luca can handle the week.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
From a mail.
A customer’s mail asks for two things. With What needs doing? Pan proposes them, Marta picks, and they are born in the project’s table, linked to the mail.
- Davide, Sales
The team.
Davide chooses All and sees the tasks of the colleagues he can read, with a group for each team: “Team Sales” is his.
- Luca, Mirto Labs
A thing on the fly.
After a meeting Luca types “Call the supplier” in the Add to row of the Product space and presses Enter: the task is there, without opening the table.

Frequently asked questions
Are tasks a separate table?
No: they are rows of the tables where you write them. The page reads them together, from all the levels you turned on.
Do I see other people’s tasks?
Only the ones you can see: access to the places where they live decides.
How do I give a task to someone?
From New task, in Who to, or from the row with Give to someone. If you give it to another person you find it again in “Concern you”, because you made it.
Where does a new task go?
You choose, in Where?: in Private, in a team, in a space or in the organization. The text says who will see it.
I miss subtasks, repeating tasks, sprints.
They are coming, with no dates. Below you find the list of what is not there yet.
Let’s see it together.
We show it to you live.
