How things are going, in numbers.

One page, in a tab: how many things were done, how many are left and how many are late, and how much time people spent working. By people, team or space, over 7, 30 or 90 days. It only reads, and writes nothing.

From the number to the thing.

The most overdue things are the five oldest. Each shows its space, whose it is and how many days late it is, and a tap opens it. For the others there is Open the tasks, in the Things still to do card: it opens the tasks list by due date.

In detail

  • Two choices at the top.

You choose what to look at with People, Team or Spaces, and for how long with 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Every number and every chart redraws.

  • Four cards: the period and now.

Things done and Working time are for the period you choose. Things to do and Late are as of now.

  • One chart per question.

Things done day by day is an area chart. Then the bars, one row per person, team or space: Things still to do (on time and late), Things done, Working time. The first eight, then “Others”.

  • A missing figure is not made up.

With no time counted there is no card or chart of time, with nothing done no day-by-day chart. Never a zero in place of what is not known. Every chart has its table, for whoever does not see the screen.

  • Pan, only if you open it.

At the bottom, when you look at People, there is Pan, closed: you open it and only then does it read. Under For you: how many requests you made, how much of what you can ask in a day you used, how Pan’s proposals went, with how many yes and how many no. Whoever has the “See everyone’s work” permission also sees Pan across the organization.

  • Pan sees the page.

With Statistics in front of you, Pan knows what you are looking at: people, team or spaces, and for how many days. Ask it something and it reads the numbers of that view.

How to use it

Four moves, from the page to the thing that is late.

  1. Open Statistics.

Tap the Statistics icon in the app bar. If it is not there, turn it on with the “+” at the bottom of the bar. It opens in a tab.

  2. Choose what to look at.

People, Team or Spaces, and for how long: 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.

  3. See who closed the most.

The Things done bars line up people, teams or spaces. Things done day by day says when.

  4. Open a thing that fell behind.

In The most overdue things tap a row and it opens. Open the tasks takes you to the list, by due date.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

    Monday morning.

Marta opens Statistics: 38 things done in 30 days, 14 to do, 3 late. She taps 7 days: done and working time now cover the week, to do and late stay as of now.

  2. Davide, Sales

    People, team or spaces.

Davide looks at People: the Things done bars say Marta 14, Luca 11, Anna 8, Davide 5. With Team he sees Sales next to the others, with Spaces the Working time of each space.

  3. Marta, Mirto Labs

    The thing that fell behind.

In The most overdue things Marta finds “Update the roadmap”: the Product space, Luca’s, 2 days late. One tap and it opens.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as a thing to do?

The rows of tables with a due date or a status, the same ones as in Tasks. One is done when it is marked done, and it counts on the day it was closed, in your time zone.

Does a thing given to two people count twice?

In the cards it counts once. In the bars it counts for each: it sits in both rows. For a team, a thing given to the team or to someone in it counts. Things nobody has taken sit under “Unassigned”.

Do the numbers update on their own?

No, and nothing runs in the background. The page reads when it opens, when you come back to it after more than a minute, and when you tap Refresh.

Who sees my working time?

The members of the space where you worked, and whoever has the “See everyone’s work” permission. Fallthere counts one minute for every minute you have a page of the space in front of you.

Who sees Pan across the organization?

Whoever has the “See everyone’s work” permission, and only when looking at People. Of the requests they see one bar per person, of Pan’s proposals only the numbers: neither who nor which.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
