May I create the page “Minutes” in Notion?
In detail
Direct messages.
From one of these apps you write to Pan, and Pan answers you, in your private chat: the conversation is called “Pan from Telegram”. Only direct messages, no bots.
A code ties the outside account to you.
The platform’s signature is checked on every message. Whoever leaves the organization no longer talks to Pan from there.
Services you already use.

Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Luca, Mirto Labs
Pan from Telegram.
Luca writes to Pan from Telegram, in a direct message. The conversation is called “Pan from Telegram” and sits in his private chat.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
A service with a yes.
Marta connects a service that asks for consent on its own page: a tap, a yes, and Pan can read what that service gives it.
- Anna, Mirto Labs
The permission.
Pan wants to write in an outside service and asks. Anna chooses Yes, this time; next time it will ask again.

Frequently asked questions
Does Pan answer in groups?
No: only in direct messages, and always to whoever wrote, in their private chat.
Does Pan use the organization’s key?
No: it uses your key and your cap, as in the column.
Can services that write act on their own?
No: they ask permission. With Yes, always, where possible, they remember the answer for that tool, and you revoke it in “What it does without asking”. An agent that “only prepares” does not have them.
Where are the services’ keys?
Sealed by a separate service, the bridge, the only place where they are opened, for the time of one call.
Let’s see it together.
We show it to you live.
