Connect your mailboxes and the mail arrives here, and only you see it. From a mail a document is born, a page is linked, a person is added.

Rules first, then Pan.

Mail with a sure rule goes straight to its space. On doubtful ones Pan proposes, with a threshold: under the threshold the mail stays yours.

A mail proposes a meeting.

If a mail has a clear day and time, Pan asks in Now whether to put it in the Calendar. With the yes, the event is born, linked to the mail.

In detail

  • Linking is not sharing.

    Link to a page… gives the page the link to the mail and a summary. The text of the mail stays visible only to you.

  • From the mail to the person.

    Add to people… puts whoever wrote to you among the contacts, with the company that comes from the address’s domain.

  • Write with your signature.

    New, reply, reply all, forward, with attachments and the signature with your brand. In Outbox you retry the ones that did not go out.

  • Pan translates and proposes.

    Translate shows the mail in your language next to the original. What needs doing? sends the mail to Pan without the recipients’ addresses.

How to use it

Five moves, from the mailbox to the reply.

  1. Connect the mailbox.

    Connect a mailbox…: choose where your mail lives (Gmail, Outlook, iCloud or another) and follow the steps.

  2. Read.

    The folders with the messages to read. Mark as read, archive or trash: it happens in your mailbox too.

  3. Send it where it belongs.

    Send to a space creates a document linked to the mail; Link to a page… links it to one that exists.

  4. Sort it with a rule.

    After Link to a page… you can create the rule “The others from @acme.com too”.

  5. Reply.

    Reply, Reply all or Forward. With Write with Pan the draft is born under the text, and goes out only when you send it.

    A signed contract.

    A mail “Contract signed” arrives. A rule sends it straight to the Pilot customers space, without Marta doing anything.

    A new contact.

    Davide Rossi writes for the first time. With Add to people… he becomes an outside contact, and the company is born from the address’s domain.

  3. Luca, Mirto Labs

    A proposed day.

    A mail proposes Friday at 3:00 pm. Pan asks in Now whether to put it in the Calendar, Luca says yes and the event is born, linked to the mail.

Which mailboxes can I connect?

Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft 365, iCloud and another mailbox: Fallthere finds where the mail lives by itself. The guide Connect mail and calendar gives the steps.

Who sees my mail?

Only you. A mail linked to a page shows the page the link and a summary, not the text.

Is my password safe?

With Gmail and Outlook you sign in with the provider’s own access. Where an app password is needed, it is locked away and used only for your mail.

Do notifications reach my phone?

Not yet: they are coming, with no dates.
