What Pan remembers, you can see.

Pan’s and the agents’ memory is a table in your Private: you open it, correct it, remove a row. Procedures say “how we do it here”.

In detail

  • One memory, one row.

The Memory table is born on its own with your personal space. Whose says whether it is Pan’s or an agent’s; When fills itself in. Two views: a list grouped by agent, and the grid.

  • Pan writes only its own.

Pan and every agent read and write only their own rows, as a person would. The jobs engine reads it as you.

  • Forgetting is moving it to the trash.

Forget removes a memory, Forget everything empties it: the row goes to the trash and can be taken back.

  • How we do it here.

Procedures are texts that Pan and the agents open when needed. For everyone they are written by whoever governs the functions; a personal one only by whoever uses it.

How to use it

Four moves, to govern the memory.

  1. Open the memory.

The memory… next to an agent, or Open the memory in Your Pan: the table opens.

  2. Correct.

The title column is called Memory item: you rewrite it like any table.

  3. Ask it to remember.

Remember something: Pan writes it as a row.

  4. Write a procedure.

In Your Pan, How we do it here, then Add… and A procedure.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

    Remember this.

Marta tells Pan to remember that pilot customers want the invoice at month end. A row is born in Memory, in her Private.

  2. Luca, Mirto Labs

    How we run a pilot.

Luca writes the procedure in How we do it here. Pan and the agents open it when needed, and follow it.

  3. Anna, Mirto Labs

    A wrong memory.

Anna opens the memory, finds a row that no longer holds and presses Forget. The row goes to the trash, and can be taken back.

Frequently asked questions

Can the memory be moved?

No: the Memory table is not moved or copied, because in a space open to everyone Pan’s memories would all be readable. A single memory, one row, moves like any page.

How many memories?

At most 200 each, between Pan and every agent.

Does Pan also remember other people’s chats?

No: the memory is yours, in your Private, and Pan writes only its own rows.

Who writes procedures for everyone?

Whoever governs the functions. A personal procedure is written only by whoever uses it.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
