A wiki that knows when it ages.
Every page has a person who looks after it and a date until when it holds. When it expires, it rises to the top with a question: is it still right?
Found with search.
The wiki is made of documents, and search finds them together with mail, messages, calls and meetings: always and only the ones you can see.

Only what you can see.
Pan reads what you read.
Pan answers with the pages it has read and says which ones. Two people asking the same question can get different results, because they read different things.

In detail
It is a folder.
From the + a folder is born with the Wiki view in front. The pages are documents like the others, in the tree.
Pages that point to each other.
With [[ a page points to another, and the Graph shows how they connect.
Who looks after it.
Every page has someone who keeps it up to date and a date until when it holds. Pages to recheck come before the others.
Access belongs to the space.
Who reads it is decided by where the folder lives, plus the access you give.
How to use it
Five moves, and the wiki stands.
Create the wiki.
Press + and, under Write, choose Wiki: a folder called “New wiki” is born.
Add the pages.
Every page is a document inside the folder. You write it like the others.
Say who looks after it.
In the Wiki view choose who looks after each page and until when it holds.
Link the pages.
With [[ you point to another page. The Graph shows the network.
Recheck when it rises.
An expired page rises to the top. If it is still right, press It is still right: it goes back to verified.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Mirto Labs
The pilot procedures.
The wiki keeps the procedures for welcoming a pilot customer. Every page has someone who looks after it and a date until when it holds: expired ones rise to the top.
- Luca, Mirto Labs
A question to the wiki.
Luca asks Pan “how do we run a pilot?”. The answer cites the pages Pan has read, and only those Luca can read.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
The Graph.
With links between pages, the Graph shows how they are tied together: a page nobody points to shows at once.

Frequently asked questions

It rises to the top of the Wiki view, before the others. Whoever looks after it rereads it: if it is still right they press “It is still right” and the page goes back to verified.
Does the wiki need a special place?
No: it is a folder. You create it from the “+” and move it like any other page.
Who can edit a wiki page?
Whoever has edit access to that page. Access is the space’s, plus whatever you give.
Does Pan use the wiki to answer?
Yes, within what you can read: it answers with the pages it has read and says where each sentence comes from.
Let’s see it together.
