One brand, changed in one place.

Colors, fonts, corners and way of writing are chosen in one place and apply to everyone: pages, graphics, videos, forms and booking pages.

On public pages too.

Forms and booking pages wear your brand, and read well on any color: even with a light or a dark button the text stays readable.

Graphics and video with your brand.

Eight ready graphics in the organization’s colors, or in words with Pan. You save the image or the video.

In detail

  • One identity.

It changes from Identity, in the administration Settings: colors, fonts, corners and way of writing.

  • Pan writes like you do.

The organization’s writing rules are the ones Pan follows, and the conversation does not change them.

  • The mail signature.

The mail you send from Mail carries the signature with your brand.

  • Live, for everyone.

You change a color and everyone sees it, in pages, presentations and videos together.

How to use it

Five moves, from the color to the graphic.

  1. Open Identity.

    In Settings, Administration, Identity.

  2. Choose colors and font.

The colors, the font and the corners the organization uses.

  3. Write the way of writing.

A few rules: be informal, short sentences, no jargon. Pan follows them.

  4. See the effect.

Pages, graphics and public pages change together.

  5. Make a graphic.

In Communication, New graphic: one of the eight ready ones, or Pan in words.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Mirto Labs

    From neutral to earth.

In Identity Mirto Labs goes from neutral colors to an earth and a green, with a serif font and smaller corners. Pages, graphics and forms change together.

  2. Mirto Labs

    The tone.

The writing rules say: be informal, short sentences, no jargon. Pan’s draft for the pilot customers follows them one by one.

  3. Casa Orso and Mirto Labs

    A readable button.

One has a light color and the other a dark one: the text of the buttons on public pages reads on both.

Can Pan change the writing rules?

No: they belong to the organization, and the conversation with Pan does not change them.

Are the colors the ones I choose?

Yes, and graphics use only the brand’s color names, never a hand-written color.
