Every post, from draft to publication.

Posts live in columns, by status. Each has a page of its own: the text saves itself, and the counter says how many characters the platform allows. Graphics are born already in your organization’s colors.

Pan writes like you do.

Write with Pan opens a box above the text: ready touch-ups, like Shorten, or a request in words. Pan follows the organization’s writing rules and knows where the post goes out and how many characters it allows. Only you see the proposal until you put it in the text.

The brand changes in one place.

Colors, fonts, corners, name and logo are chosen in Identity and apply to the whole organization. A graphic takes them from there: the preview already has your brand, and there is never a hand-written color.

In detail

  • A column per status.

Drafts, To publish, Published, and at the bottom the Discarded, closed. Each card says where the post goes out, when (“Goes out tomorrow”, and in red “Should have gone out yesterday”) and what is wrong, for example “Too long”.

  • A page for every post.

You tap the card and the post opens: name, Where it goes out, When it goes out and text, which you write as in a document. A post that is out or discarded can only be read.

  • The text saves itself.

A moment after the last key, when you leave the field and before every change of status. If someone has written in the meantime, you choose between Keep my text and Take their text: nothing is overwritten silently.

  • Every platform’s limit.

Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Bluesky or TikTok, each with its own. You can write long and cut later, but a post that is too long cannot become Ready to publish. How it will look shows the text cut where the platform cuts it.

  • Eight ready graphics, or in words.

Choose the format (square, vertical, story, horizontal, slide) and a graphic with its fields: Title, A number, Points, Bars, Quote, Event, Before and after, Conversation. Or Ask Pan, even “Animated, for a video”.

  • Save where it is needed.

Save the image or Save the video: in the post, next to its images; in a space, as a file; on your computer. A new video takes the place of the previous one.

How to use it

Five moves, from the blank page to the post that is out.

  1. Make a post.

New post asks one thing only, “Where do you write it?”: Private, a team, a space or the Home. Then it creates an empty draft and opens its page.

  2. Write and choose where it goes out.

Give the post a name, choose Where it goes out and, if you want, When it goes out. Then write, even with Write with Pan.

  3. Make the graphic.

Make a graphic in the post, or New graphic on the posts page. The format starts from what the post’s platform handles best. Then Save the image or Save the video.

  4. Mark it ready.

Ready to publish moves the post to the To publish column. If it is empty or too long for its platform, the button stays disabled and says why underneath.

  5. Take it to the end.

Copy the text, paste it on the platform and press Mark as published. If you change your mind, from More choose Put back in drafts or Discard the post.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

A post that is too long.

Marta writes for LinkedIn and reaches 3,200 characters. Ready to publish stays disabled: “It is too long for LinkedIn (3,200 of 3,000): shorten it first.” With Write with Pan she picks Shorten and puts the proposal in the text with Replace. Now the button can be pressed, and the post moves to To publish.

  2. Luca and Anna, Mirto Labs

Two hands on the same post.

Anna writes the launch post. Meanwhile Luca fixes a sentence, and his text saves first. When Anna stops typing, the page says “This post changed while you were writing it” and makes her choose between Keep my text and Take their text.

  3. Davide, Mirto Labs

    An animated graphic.

Davide opens the Instagram post and presses Make a graphic: the format starts as vertical. He picks Ask Pan, writes “a graphic for the round” and ticks “Animated, for a video”. Then Save the video and he puts it in the post: under Graphic the post says it has a video.

Frequently asked questions

Does Fallthere publish to social media for me?

No. Copy the text, paste it on the platform and then press Mark as published. Here you keep each post’s status and the day it is due out.

Can a post be deleted?

No: it is discarded, with Discard the post in the More menu, and it ends up among the Discarded, at the bottom of the posts page. To take it back, open it and press Put back in drafts.

Who sees the posts, and who writes them?

A post lives where you write it: in Private only you see it, in a team or a space the people in it can read it. Whoever works there writes it. The ones in To publish are also seen by whoever looks after the organization’s communication.

Can Pan write a post or draw a graphic?

Yes, with Write with Pan and Ask Pan, if Pan is on and the post’s space has “Use Pan”. Pan receives only the post’s text, where it goes out and what you ask, nothing else from the space. It uses your key.

Do graphics come out in my colors?

Yes: colors, fonts, corners, name and logo come from the organization’s Identity, and if you change them the graphic follows. The drawing never has a hand-written color.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
