Every agent has its own face.

An agent’s face is Pan’s, in the color you choose, with a hat and up to three elements. You draw it in a few taps, and find it wherever the agent appears: in conversations, among people, in the org chart.

Three choices, and the face changes at once.

The color, the hat, the elements. Each tile is the face with that thing, and the big face redraws itself while you choose. Random tries one, Save keeps it.

  • Ten colors.
  • Eight hats, or none.
  • Eight elements, at most three.

You see it where the agent is.

In Talk to…, in Pan’s column, next to its answers in Messages, in place of the photo among people and in the org chart, and in Agents Team.

In detail

  • Ten colors.

Pan (white, with the iridescent edge), Coral, Apricot, Lemon, Mint, Sky, Lavender, Pink, Sand, Slate.

  • Eight hats, or none.

Cap, Beanie, Top hat, Crown, Helmet, Bow, Wizard hat, Mortarboard.

  • Eight elements, at most three.

Glasses, Headphones, Scarf, Bow tie, Mustache, Pencil, Rosy cheeks, Star pin.

  • A few rules, to get along.

One element per place: scarf and bow tie both sit at the neck, and the new one takes the old one’s place. Headphones do not go with every hat, and pencil and headphones exclude each other.

  • More than five thousand looks.

With the rules, the possible combinations are more than five thousand.

  • Shape, eyes and mouth stay Pan’s.

That is why agents are recognized as Pan’s: the rest changes.

  • A default face.

A new agent is born with a default face of its own, always the same. You change it whenever you want.

  • Whoever made it changes it.

An agent’s face is changed by the person who created it.

How to use it

Five moves, from the default face to yours.

  1. Open the look page.

While talking with an agent, Change face, next to “Back to Pan”. Or Change the look in Agents Team, or type “look” in the bar at the bottom.

  2. Choose the color.

In the Colors tab, by tapping a tile.

  3. Add a hat and elements.

In the Hats and Elements tabs. An element comes off by tapping it again; with no hat there is “None”.

  4. Try Random.

If you do not know where to start: it gives one different from the current one.

  5. Save.

Save, and the face changes everywhere.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

    An agent for deadlines.

Marta gives the “Deadlines” agent coral, a top hat and glasses. In conversations she recognizes it at a glance, and does not mix it up with the others.

  2. Luca, Mirto Labs

    A color per job.

Luca keeps mint for mail and lavender for minutes. In the org chart agents stand apart from afar, even without reading the name.

  3. Anna, Mirto Labs

    Random, until you like it.

Anna presses Random until a face comes up that she likes, then Save. The rules do not let out combinations that do not go together.
