Sales, from the mail to the deal.

Whoever writes to customers finds the mail, the person, the deal and what happened on the same page. Nothing to copy over.

The mail finds the person.

Add to people… puts whoever wrote to you among the outside contacts, with the company that comes from the address’s domain. The text of the mail stays yours.

A deal

An example, with made-up names and data. Every feature it names has its own page.

  1. A mail arrives

    Whoever writes becomes a contact.

The person goes among the outside contacts, the company comes from the domain, and the company’s card starts telling what happened.

  2. A meeting is set

    A mail proposes a day.

Pan asks in Now whether to put it in the Calendar. With the yes, the event is born, linked to the mail.

  3. Get booked

    The customer picks the time.

A public page with free slots. Whoever books does not need an account, and you confirm or decline.

  4. The call

    After the call, the minutes.

The decisions and the to-dos, written by Pan. They stay linked to the meeting.

  5. The stages

    The deal moves on.

The board by stage has four numbers on top: open, in play, next close, late.

Coming soon

Frequently asked questions

Who sees my deals?

Whoever sees the table where they live, plus the access you give.

Does the team read my mail?

No: the mail is yours. A mail linked to a page shows the link and a summary, not the text.

Can I import contacts from another CRM?

Importing from other tools is coming, with no dates. Meanwhile contacts are added from the mail or by hand.

Let’s see it together.
