They book you from a document.

The booking page is a document: the duration, when you are free and who confirms are blocks. You send the link to whoever you want, and whoever books does not need an account.

You confirm the requests.

In Calendar, Get booked carries the number of requests to confirm. Each request arrives with the answers to the page’s questions: Confirm or Decline, then Write to them opens the mail already written.

With your brand.

The public page has your organization’s colors, font and corners. Whoever books picks a day among those with free slots, then the time, in their own time zone.

In detail

  • Everything is written in the document.

The text for whoever books and the blocks Duration, When you are free and Confirmation, plus the questions you add from the “/”. If something is missing or doubled, the bar on top says so in words and the link is not given.

  • A bar on top, few things.

Copy the link is the main action. Then Preview (the real page, with the brand), Open the page, the requests to confirm with their number and More.

  • The online page follows when it is right.

After a pause of a little over a second the document is read, and if it is right the online page changes. If something does not add up, the database refuses it and the online page stays as it was.

  • The database holds the brakes.

Ten requests in ten minutes and fifty a day per page, two upcoming meetings per email address, thirty waiting. Whoever books reads them in words.

  • It turns off and changes.

Under More: Change the address, Turn the page off or Turn the page on, Make a new link. A new address or link stops the old one from working; requests already received stay.

  • Whoever booked gets to know.

Write to them opens the mail already written in your mail program. Where outgoing mail is on, confirmation, refusal and cancellation also go out on their own, with fixed words and the organization’s brand: at most five to the same address in a day.

How to use it

Six moves, from the document to the first request.

  1. Open Get booked.

In Calendar, or from the “+”. If the page does not exist yet, Where? asks where to put it and gives an address from your name.

  2. Write when you are free.

In the blocks Duration, When you are free and Confirmation: how long a meeting lasts, on which days and at what hours, and who confirms.

  3. Add your questions.

From the “/”: what you want to know before the meeting. The answers arrive with the request.

  4. Look at the preview.

Preview shows the real page, with the brand, as whoever books sees it.

  5. Copy the link.

Copy the link appears when the page is right. Send it to whoever you want.

  6. Confirm or decline.

Where you see “requests to confirm” choose Confirm or Decline. The booked meeting enters your calendar.

Examples

Made-up people and data.

  1. Marta, Mirto Labs

    A page for pilot customers.

Marta writes that she is free Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, that a meeting lasts half an hour and that she confirms. She looks at the Preview, presses Copy the link and sends it to customers.

  2. Davide, mentor

    Whoever books has no account.

Davide opens the link from his phone, picks a day among the free ones, then the time, answers two questions and sends. He creates nothing, signs up for nothing.

  3. Marta, Mirto Labs

    The request to confirm.

In Calendar, Get booked has a 1. Marta reads Davide’s answers and chooses Confirm: the meeting enters her calendar, and Write to them opens the mail already written.

Frequently asked questions

Does whoever books need an account?

No: the page is public. They pick a day and a time, write their name, email and, if they want, what to talk about.

Which time zone does whoever books see?

Their own: hours are written in the viewer’s time zone, and with one tap they show in the host’s.

Does the page confirm on its own?

It depends on the Confirmation block: if the page confirms on its own, whoever books sees “Booked”; otherwise they see “Request sent” and you confirm.

Can whoever books add the meeting to their own calendar?

Yes: the page has Add to calendar, an .ics file made on the spot.

Does a wrong link say the page exists?

No: a wrong address and a turned-off page say the same thing, and nobody finds out by trial who has a page.

Let’s see it together.

We show it to you live.
