In detail
A document, with the meeting inside.
The minutes are a document like the others: you open it, write in it, share it. On top it has its meeting.
Decisions and to-dos.
Pan’s summary lists the decisions, and the button to create the to-dos makes them appear in a table, linked to the minutes.
In the reader’s language.
Rewrite it in… rewrites the minutes in the chosen language, from the original transcript and not from the already translated text.
Opens from where you are.
From the call, Open the minutes; from the Calendar, Open the meeting. It also turns up in unified search, among meetings.
How to use it
Four moves, from the meeting to the minutes.
Hold the meeting.
A call in the space, or a Calendar meeting with its call.
Open the minutes.
Open the minutes from the call: the notes, what was said, the summary.
Create the to-dos.
From the minutes, the button to create to-dos proposes the ones that came up: you choose which.
Rewrite it, if needed.
Rewrite it in… for whoever reads in another language.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
The Monday meeting.
When the call ends, Marta presses Open the minutes: the notes, what was said and Pan’s summary with the decisions.
- Luca, Mirto Labs
The to-dos afterwards.
From the minutes, Luca chooses which of the things that came up become to-dos. They are born in a table, linked to the minutes.
- Anna, Mirto Labs
For whoever reads another language.
Anna reads English. Rewrite it in… rewrites the minutes in English, from the original transcript and not from the already translated text.

Frequently asked questions
How is the transcript written?
From the browser’s voice recognition, which stays off until you turn it on. In Chrome it goes through Google.
Who sees the minutes?
Whoever sees the document, like any document: access is the space’s, plus whatever you give.
Does Pan write the minutes on its own?
Pan takes part only if it is on and with the key of whoever calls it. To-dos are created only after your tap.
Can the minutes be edited?
Yes, it is a document: you correct it like any other, and the history keeps the steps.
Let’s see it together.
We show it to you live.
