Pan proposes, you decide.
Pan, the rules and the agents propose: a meeting found in a mail, some to-dos, a new contact. It all sits on one page, and only what you say yes to is created.

If you say yes the event is created in the Calendar.

When you ask, the proposal is in the answer.
With What needs doing?, on a message or a mail, Pan proposes in its answer and only the things you choose are created. What Pan and the rules find on their own waits on the page.

Can we talk on Thursday and send the price list?
Pan
Things to do
A mail with a day and a time.
An invitation, or a sentence with a clear day and time: the fixed rules, with no AI and no cost, draw a proposal from it. With the yes the event goes into your Calendar, linked to the mail.

From the mailIn detail
One page, split by source.
Mail: meetings, to-dos, mail to link to a page. Messages: a message that talks about a page. CRM: new contacts, data for a card. Access and approvals: whoever asks for access or an approval. Other: what comes from an agent or a file. In each group, the oldest first.
Every proposal explains itself.
It says what it is about, where it comes from and what happens if you say yes; where it helps, the why too. Tapping where it comes from opens the mail, the message or the page.
Yes, No and Change first.
Yes does the thing and the proposal goes away. No discards it, and it does not come back. Change first opens the fields: the time of a meeting, the name and due date of a task, a contact’s name.
For an access, for how long.
The yes to an access request asks For how long first: forever, a week or a month. No choice is given in advance, so an access does not stay forever by oversight.
Several proposals together.
A box next to every proposal, and Choose all at the top. At the bottom, Yes to all or No to all. A bulk yes does not give an access without For how long: the others go, that one waits.
The yes carries your permissions.
The thing is created as if you did it by hand, with your permissions: if you cannot, the proposal stays and says why. Those no longer needed do not show, and two identical ones are one.
How to use it
Five moves, from Now to the thing done.
Open the proposals.
In Now, under To decide, the Open the proposals row. It shows when something is waiting.
Look at what it proposes.
What it is about, where it comes from, what happens if you say yes.
Change it, if needed.
Change first opens the fields. Leave it as it was throws the changes away.
Decide.
Yes or No. For an access choose For how long first.
Decide several at once.
Tick the boxes, then Yes to all or No to all.
Examples
Made-up people and data.
- Luca, Mirto Labs
A meeting from a mail.
Davide writes to Luca: “See you Friday at 3, at Via Roma 1”. Luca finds the meeting in Proposals, under Mail, moves the time with Change first and presses Yes: the event is created in his Calendar.
- Marta, Mirto Labs
An agent’s to-dos.
Deadlines, Marta’s agent, proposes two to-dos. Marta finds them under Other, takes out the second with Change first and presses Yes: only the first is created.
- Anna, Mirto Labs
Several proposals, one move.
Anna chooses all five proposals and presses Yes to all. Four go through. Giulia’s access request stays and asks For how long: Anna picks a week and presses Yes.

Frequently asked questions
What happens if I say no?
Nothing is created and the proposal does not come back: Pan and the rules will not propose it again for that mail.
What do the fixed rules look for in a mail?
A calendar invitation, a sentence with a single day and a single time, a request with a deadline, a list of actions. Better not to propose than to propose badly: no cancellations, no mail meant for everyone, no things that come back every week.
Do I have to turn something on for proposals to come from my mail?
Yes: Watch new mail on its own… (meetings and to-dos) and Link my mails to the people and companies we know (new contacts) are off by default. With Where do my mails go? the mail is looked at when you ask. The fixed rules cost nothing; Pan looks at the rest with your key.
Does Pan do anything without my yes?
A meeting, some tasks, a contact or an access are created only with your yes. What Pan does on its own, like Link the almost sure ones on its own…, is off by default: you turn it on, and in Now it can be undone.
Who sees the proposals, and Pan?
Only you: they are the ones waiting for your answer, as in Now. Pan sees them like every tab in front of you (“I see: …”), and sees no more than you.
Let’s see it together.
We show it to you live.
