What Pan and the rules find in a mail, a message or the CRM waits for your yes: it sits in the Proposals page, which opens from the Open the proposals row of “To decide” in Now.
Pan sees the tab in front of you.
Pan and every agent have the tab in view in context, and Pan’s column says so: “I see: …”.
Icons, like in Notion.

You sign in with email and password or with a link by email, you sign up when sign-ups are open, and two-step verification, with an app that gives a code, is turned on from the Profile.

The tasks that concern you from Private, teams, spaces and the organization, split by space and by team, with New task to make new ones.
Statistics, redone.
A page with charts: People, Team or Spaces, for 7 days, 30 days or 90 days.
Communication, redone.
Posts in columns by status, and each post on a page of its own, which saves itself.
Every team has its own space.
It is born with the team, open to the team and to whoever leads it. Where? suggests Private, your teams’ spaces, the other spaces and the Home.
Messages, redone.
At the top of the column the search and New, direct messages with a face, spaces as quiet names, the open conversation in the “where you are” color.
The Calendar is a single app.
Every event is a page, one click on a day opens New event, and there are Day, Week and Month. Whoever is named in an event is invited.
Events move and stretch.
In Week and Day one of your events drags to another hour or another day, and stretches by pulling its edge.
A mail proposes a meeting.
If it has a clear day and time, Pan asks in Now whether to put it in the Calendar. With the yes, the event is born, linked to the mail.
The model and the microphone, where you write.
The model is picked in Pan’s bar and in the Write with Pan box. The microphone is also in a message field and in a mail’s text.
Forms, like Tally.
The forms app is the place where you write them, send them with a link and look at the answers. Whoever answers does not need an account.
Agents Team, with real faces.
The org chart, the lists, the dashboard, the activity, the costs and the tasks show each agent with its face. Tapping it opens The look of….
Lighter.
Apps sleep until they are needed, and each opening brings less data.
